As the sun dips below the peaks, this centering yoga practice invites you to slow down through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided visualization. Together, we'll release what came before, root into the present moment, and open ourselves to the magic of the weekend ahead. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
